Main Responsibilities: -Develop a strategy to achieve the objectives. -Provide training and coaching to team members. -Clearly communicate instructions to team members. -Listen to feedback from team members. -Monitor team members’ participation to verify that the training received is being applied, or to determine whether they require additional training. -Manage the daily flow of operations. -Create reports to inform the company about the team’s progress. Skills: -Fluent Italian, preferably with previous experience. -Empathetic communication. One of the Team Leader’s objectives should be to establish empathetic communication among everyone, understood as a combination of active listening and understanding. The ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and understand their point of view. -Motivational skills. The Team Leader must be able to positively influence the mood of the people on the team, convey enthusiasm, and seek to build trust in order to achieve better work performance. It is important not to overdo it and not to misinterpret this motivational ability by putting too much pressure on the team, as this could have the opposite effect. -Talent management. Considering talent as a combination of ability and motivation, the Team Leader must establish different levels of autonomy in the work, while in each case defining an appropriate degree of freedom. -Effective time management. One aspect that should not be overlooked when discussing productivity is effective time management, both individually and as a group.
